[EIDXA] EIDXA List Server Update

I have updated the members on the EIDXA list server.  Every current EIDXA member should now be included.  We also have a number of former members and other friends of the EIDXA.  This list is open and anyone can sign up.  We welcome anyone with interest.

Make me aware of any email address changes or any that should have been included.  Or, make the changes yourself, it is easy.
