[EIDXA] QSL route needed

Last March I worked E3DD on 20 CW.  QRZ.com listed his call and the following address  

Jose Pinto, E3DD
R, Rio Amazonas 45/11
Luiz Anselmo, BA 40270060
Eritrea

Today I got my envelope returned marked ( missent ) & not deliverable.

There was no mention of a QSL manager on QRZ.  I looked in the details on QRZ  and found that PY6AM is listed as
the administrator for the E3DD call sign. I have sent the PY6 the E3DD card with an IRC and 2 $ with
the hopes that he might be the operator that I worked. I  indicated that I needed either the E3DD card 
or to please return by card so I would know he was not the manager.

My question to the group is this.  Has any body worked the E3DD and got a card?
