EIDXA minutes of July 15, 2011 meeting



1. President Steve Miller, N0SM called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM



2. 28 Hams answered the CQ call.



3. Introductions were made all around



4. Secretary and treasure's report from the April, 2011 meeting was read and 
approved.



5. W3ACO noted the return of $125.00 from the cancelled T6PSE DXpedition.



6. Tom WB8ZRL announced the EIDXA presenters at the Mid West ARRL convention 
Aug 5-7.  They are: NY0V, N0YY and K0JGH.



7. Congratulations to Jerry WW0E for a great newsletter.



8. Discussion of DXpedition donation criteria. The approved criteria were 
sent out as a separate e-mail via the reflector.



9.      President to announce DX announcements with the possibility of 
donation via the EIDXA reflector.  Members to respond in one week, more or 
less by e-mail, indicate yes or no and the suggested amount.   Voting will 
be collected and the mean amount will be disbursed by the Treasurer.



10.  Membership list will be updated and all those not current with their 
dues will be moved to a "Former Members list".



11.  A motion to donate $100.00 to Southern Sudan DXpedition was approved. 
Donation was made by the Treasurer, W3ACO on July 16, 2011, through his 
Paypal account.



12.  Balance of $25.00 from item 5 above was transferred back into EIDXA 
club checking account.



13.  Rich, W3ACO, made a presentation of EZNEC antenna modeling.
