[EIDXA] DX funding criteria

As approved at the July 15 meeting:


1. The club will support only DXpeditions whose sole purpose is to put a 
rare or semi-rare country on the air (as opposed to a vacation style 
operation).


2. To be eligible for funding, the country will be in the top 50 most-wanted 
from: http://www.dxpub.com/dx_news.html


3.  The DXpedition will focus on several HF bands, not just 160 CW or 2 M 
EME.


4.  The period of operation will be at least five days, preferably longer.


5. The DXpedition will have a plan to fairly work different areas of the 
world.


6. Operation may be CW only or RTTY only or SSB only,  or any combination.


7. There will be no restriction on the number of participants. It might be 
two or twenty two individuals.


8. The club may elect to disregard all previous stipulations if the 
dxpeditioner(s) hold(s) full EIDXA membership.
