Just as a follow up to the article in the January EIDXA newsletter, our
friend Romeo is now and has been for since 2004, a guest of the US Federal
Government.  He is imprisoned at the Brooklyn, NY Federal detention center
having been convicted of wire fraud as a result of his credit card scams.
Romeo was arrested on an international warrant in Cyprus some years ago and
extradited to the US.  He was tried in San Francisco federal court and
convicted.  A second trial was to be held in NY federal court but it isn't
clear what happened there.
