[EIDXA] Tower

When I did mine in Tama County I found that a permit was not required. But
the zoning commisioner suggested to go through the process anyway as
protection against any future zoning rule changes. Didn't cost me anything
but a stamp to mail him the application.

As Steve noted, all that was required was the manufacturers tower and base
specs, and in my case, a simple textual description of the location, i.e.,
"40 ft. north of the house"

When's the tower party?
