[EIDXA] Tower

I finally got a tower and now have to install it.  Its is a 70ft Universal
Aluminum tower..  I had my doubts about aluminum but I did it anyway.   So
the easy part is done.

Since I live in the county I am looking for inputs from any club members who
have gone through the process of getting a permit for the tower etc and
jumped through all the hoops.  Does anyone know what this process is and who
I need to talk to about getting permission from the county to put this up.
The last two towers I put up one in the city and one in the county all I did
was dig a hole and pour concrete, it was that simple. 

I have no covenants that restrict me from erecting a tower, that was one of
the requirements when I bought this house.
