[EIDXA] Next Solar Cycles Peak at 50 SSN?

I found an interesting article that was referenced by both NASA and the 
ARRL: "Are Uranus & Neptune responsible for Solar Grand Minima and Solar 
Cycle Modulation?" This is some very interesting research which predicts 
the next two solar cycles will be very low.
