[EIDXA] Contest winner

The July QST was in todays mailbox.  Two contest results were in this issue.

In the ARRL 10 Meter contest, N0NI was the W/VE winner of the Single Operator, 
Mixed Mode low power class.  And was less than 1/2 of one percent behind the 
LU that won the DX side of that class.

In the ARRL RTTY contest, N0NI set the W/VE and World record in the 
MultiOperator, low power class.

Add these to the first place World, low power in the Stew Perry contest, A 
pretty good year for Toni.  MANY CONGRATULATIONS TONI!!
