[EIDXA] Cell phones while driving

There is presently on the Iowa law books, presumption of negligence if a
cell phone is used and a vehicle accident occurs. See:
http://www.rfsafe.com/news/iowa_news.htm  I do not know if hand held
microphones are included in the earlier law, either by inference or local
interpretation.

Your local representative, Swati Dandekar, is well aware of this bill and
has previously commented on Iowa Public Radio. In fact, she took the
interview, according to the news source, while on her cell phone !!.
