Thanks for the reply. This bill has never gotten much interest in the
legislature. I think it is a good thing to do. It is my sense that most
legislators don't see this as a high priority this year.

I will get your amendment worked up.

I think  most legislators won't give this some reasonable thought before
voting and may vote incorrectly.  Then the legislature may have to go
