Another perspective (food for thought) to our 'voting for BS7H funding 
dilemna,'   if EIDXA had monthly meetings, the vote could be held at our 
monthly meeting with quorum 
present making the determination in a timely manner and this voting 
challenge would be a non-issue.  I've seen it work extremely well in other 
DX groups.
