[EIDXA] The motion RE: BS7

EiXDA membership:

It has been brought to my attention that their might be some confusion in Gary's motion about the clubs contribution to the BS7 dxpedition.  Gary's motion  has stated  "....in an amount UP TO $200"  The question being raised is whether we are voting for an amount OF $200.  I have not heard from any responses that indicated anything other than $200.  I would assume that those that have already cast a vote were voting for a contribution of $200.  For those that have not yet voted,  please assume that amount. Several of you have already submitted votes so if this is NOT what you have intended ....please email a correction.  

The voting for the motion will cease on Sunday night at midnight February 18, 2007.  I will announce the names of those that have voted and a total of the votes.  I will direct that George include this email vote in the club minutes.  Additional monies can be contributed at the meeting in April to go toward this commitment or a personal donation outside the clubs donation.  You can send replies to my email address:
