Dear Brad,

I was an EIDXA dues paying, voted in member in good standing, who attends
at least one and sometimes two (which would be 50%) meetings a year at the
time I was presented with the Honorary Lifetime Membership.  I live within
the 175 mile radius, and have submitted scores under EIDXA, something now
disallowed under the those by-laws.  In other words, by becoming a life
member I no longer can vote at club meetings, and I can no longer can
submit a score for EIDXA.  

I was greatly honored to receive the honorary lifetime membership.
However, with those by-laws I become just a guest.  Given the same
circumstances, I'll bet you would be upset too.
