[Eico] Capacitor replacement when restoring

Thanks Malcom.
I have decided to ga with the cap replacement. check all the disks which look
cracked, and the micas which look like they have been kludged from some other
unit. I would much rather have a "as new" unit than somehting that has already
been modified. You may be sure that all power resistors are getting the once
over   with extreme scrutiny..
Will let the group know when unit 1 is back on the air for QSO purposes. I
would. at some time like to get an Eico net going..might be fun.... I worked the
world while i was in the military with a 20M dipole strung between quarters
windows back in the mid 60's and the dx pileups were wonderful to behold .
