[ECAC] Next moves

I read through the documents last night.
It was difficult to understand where some of the comments came from.
NTS obviously viewed our report as being too critical of their organization.
We all know that was not the intended result.

I suspect while individuals were tossing ideas back and forth, trying to learn more
about NTS, any comments or suggestions we made were viewed as the committee
recommendations even though they were not in the final report.

I read through the rebuttal comments by Jim and Dave. The comments
were thoughtful and did a good job correcting errors in the
NTS document. 
Thank you guys for your reserve while pointing out the facts.
