Well, it took me a bit, I had an odd configuration issue.

I am on LOTS of qth.net lists, so to keep things straight and to keep my
list of mail rules down, I have a mail rule that puts any messages from
a qth.net list into a folder named after the list.

But when I signed up on the web, the confirmation email never showed up.
Suddenly the dawn ... I never subscribed to the newly-created folder, so
my mailer was dutifully putting the messages into a folder I couldn't
see!

They say the mind is the first thing to go ...
