Last week I was reviewing the "Michigan Annex" to the "FEMA Region V
Regional Emergency Communications Plan".  I was surprised to see a
reference to NTS there, and I didn't do it.  I did add a link to the
Michigan NTS website as part of my review, tho.  

I continue to have a hard time buying the narrative that NTS is somehow
becoming irrelevant.
