[Dxpeditions] 9Y4 Dxpedition Ops want Asia, Pacific Skeds

I would like to offer skeds on CW for any JAs or other Asians who need the 
contact on lowbands or WARC bands.  I will likely be available after the ARRL DX 
SSB
contest. We are scheduled to be there Mar 3-11...I'm sure you know it is a 
difficult path for JA.  I would also like to know best times for lowband 
propagation to needed countries.
