[Dxbase] Heads-up on Operations using the callsign TO9W (Ambiguous Prefix)

Just a heads-up about a callsign that are in the AMBIGUOUS category for Prefixes ...

Just saw that the callsign TO9W will be used from  Saint Martin (NA-105)  
on  4-13 December 2019. This callsign will default to France(F) because of 
the Alias Map table mapping.​

This callsign is not currently MAPPED in the CALLMAP table -- so, if you want,​
simply make a dummy QSO with this callsign and change the PREFIX column​
of your logbook mdb file to FS and then when the pop-up asks you if you want​
to save this TO9W mapped to FS -- say YES/OK ---- Then delete that dummy QSO ..​

The CALLMAP table will now be updated in advance so that if you work this​
station -- it will have the correct PREFIX in your logbook QSO window ...​
