[Dxbase] Loss of my Internet Packet window

Hello All,
            Have a  cluster window Problem. All was working well until a few minutes ago, when I lost the connection to the cluster and had several keep alive messages in a row. I then closed the internet cluster window. When I went to open a new internet cluster window I found it was grayed out. I closed the program and reopened DxBase. Now the open a new internet cluster window was not grayed out, but when I selected to open the new window nothing happened.  I had the same problem abt a year ago and  I ended up doing a complete reinstall. Is there anything that can short of a reinstall of the program?
