[Dxbase] New Computer - DXBase Not Registered After Key in Registry

I upgraded from Win7 Ultimate on 2 machines and to my testing I did not
require the Wow6432Node update but thats 2 machines (I now update all reg
files so it includes both the "32" and "64" bit versions of the
registration info and maybe I just didn't realize that the Wow.... string
really was needed.

More experience is needed I guess!
