[Dxbase] How do I fix the missing SFL504AS.DLL error when trying todo an Import file

Jerry,

What OS are you running and where did you install DXBase 2007?  Mine is 
installed under Vista at the root level C:\DXBase2007 and the file you are 
missing is located in that folder.  If you installed in C:\Program Files 
with UAC turned on it may have been put someplace else, like the Virtual 
Store path.

I recently reinstalled my DXBase 2007  v.110 on a new PC I built.
When trying to Import an adi file form  LOTW I am getting the following
message:

"The  program can't start because sfl504as.dll is missing from your
computer.
Try reinstalling  the program to fix this problem."

I have tried reinstalling, repairing  and also modifying with no luck.

Any help or suggestions would be  appreciated.
