[Dxbase] Final Testing ---- BUG (abnormal behavior) in DXbase2007 Ver 1.10

I think I understand.  But in the case of DXBase, since it doesn't appear that 
it will ever be updated anyway, the Program Files location should be fine and we 
wouldn't have to jump through the hoops of running with Administrator 
privileges. Right?
