[Dxbase] Final Testing ---- BUG (abnormal behavior) in DXbase2007 Ver 1.10

Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 protect the files in the program files
directories from change, diverting any updates to the virtual store
location in your hidden files. It seems to be buggy in that programs run
later open the files (the original versions are in the regular program
folder directories, the updated versions in the virtualstore section) from
the normal location so it appears that your updates to it are never
detected.
