[Dxbase] Help setting up DXbase 2007 on Windows 7

I am in the midst of changing from XP to Windows 7 on a new machine.  I have DXbase 2007 up and running and my log file is showing up ok.  I connected radio to the serial port and have the same settings that I had on the XP machine but I get error messages.  I also am getting a message that my Cdrom is incorrectly set.  I have yet to install my CDRom for HamCall so I need to try that and see if it will run.

My new computer is a Dell Optiplex 9010

Any help or tips will be appreciated.
