[Dxbase] DXbase 2007 1.10 Installation Issue

Hello All: 



I just finished updating to DXbase 2007 Rev 1.10 on my Windows XP Based PC. All works well except that when I first bring up DXbase, I get an "Attempt to access YesNoCheckbox past its end." Error Message. Does anyone know how to fix this, or what I did wrong?
