[Dxbase] Custom DX Marathon Award Worksheet

I am trying to find out if anyone has or knows how to create a custom  
report similar to the CQ DX Marathon
Award Worksheet in DXBase.
 
This Award has everything I need EXCEPT I would like the option to give it  
a BEGINNING DATE & an ENDING DATE instead of just the year like the 
Marathon  Award Worksheet does now.
 
I have tried to create my own custom report using the Help guide in DXBase  
but with no luck.
