I would think the way they reported the new system they (ARRL) are trying to put in effect that we shouldnt need anything .
If they do it right all we should have to do is maybe print out a form and that shouldn't need any card info as they have that in the system already and just sent it in along with the cards. Or maybe that info will or should print out when you print the form ?
If you Joe or any others out there that do programming have to create interface programs to be able to send in our cards to the ARRL then for my money I spend every year to be a member it isn't used very well on their end and id pitch a bitch about it..
The way I read it they are doing this to lower the load on their end so I assume its all up to them and no one else.
They keep raising the yearly fees and making the magazine thinner so its time they give again instead of taking !
The big deal now is they have gone digital with QST ? How long before they only thing they do for our money is contests and awards ?
That said as far as I know they are the only ones that go to bat for us and our bands and that's a shame but that's that .
Uploading to LoTW is another deal and Joe your program has worked fine for me although that's one of the programs we are having issues with on N8GFY's new 64 bit machine but its at his house and im at mine so I will get to it when I can .
Keep up the good work .

ALL:
After reading Neal's email to all of us -- I have to say that from my point of view,
I can only say that I will continue to try to help DXbase users and will try (once
the ARRL gives specific details) to program something in support of the ONLINE DXCC
program (coming in the near future) ... but, since I have made everything that I
(myself) can possibly do to support DXbase2007 - I will simply kick-back and
help (as-needed) / make new stuff (as-needed) .. Since Neal is going to stop selling
DXbase2007 - then there will not be any new users who might need help.
