[Dxbase] LOTW uploads and processing WAIT times ..

Yes I see 12 days, and there is still a problem as LOTW upload "lost"
2 of my uploads after the so called fix.
Going to upload again until they show in the backlog.

I think they are running DOS and a 8088 IBM desktop to do the job,
at the speed things are moving,  hope they bought something newer
for the replacement  :o(
