[Dxbase] LOTW uploads and processing WAIT times ..

If any of the DXbase users upload a  TQ8 file to the LOTW website and
were expecting a relatively fast processing-time -- so that you could get
your confirmations (LOTW) -- it just is not going to happen..

The LOTW processing has a BACKLOG of 12 days ++ of processing yet to
be done.  At least there is a webpage where you can see how FAR BEHIND
they are and what upload date/time they are currently processing -- at:

http://www.arrl.org/logbook-queue-status

Just FYI - for any user who was not aware of this backlog.
