[Dxbase] QSO Log Disappears

I have had this happen on my win 7 machine. I found that usually a window is
open over top of it, and when I clear that window, dxbase does NOT
refresh...

Same as you. But usually minimize then restore(maximize) does it for me

Running 2007, Windows XP, QSO log frequently just disappears.  The frame for
the window is there but the data is gone.  I have to close the window and
open it again.  Any ideas what could be causing this?????
