[Dxbase] 9M4SLL Spratly Is DXpediton

Just received this notice about an upcoming DXpedition a while ago from the ARRL website.

SPRATLY ISLANDS. John, 9M6XRO and Steve, 9M6DXX will be QRV as
9M4SLL from Pulau Layang Layang, IOTA AS-051, from August 7 to 13.
Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY with two
stations. QSL via M0URX.

As 9M4SLL is a special event call issued by West Malaysia it is not in the DXBase data base.  To add the information to the data base just type in the 9M4SLL call and tab to the field.  The Prefix field will say 9M2 which is wrong.  Tab over the the Prefix field and change it to 1S for Spratly Is. When asked if you want to add this to the data base answer Yes.  Check the CQ and ITU fields which should be CQ = 26 and ITU = 50.  If you want add the QSL manager M0URX and save the record.  Once saved click on the left most box of that record and on the main menu select Record/Delete Record.  Now when you enter 9M4SLL you will get the correct info, beam heading, Prefix, CQ and ITU zones.
