[Dxbase] VP8NO

Looking back -- I see that VP8NO was MAPPED in the CALLMAP table to KC4 (at least)
back to DXbase2005 -- and probably before then too ...

Easiest way would be to simply DELETE the VP8NO entry in the CALLMAP table - since
the DEFAULT for that VP8NO would be to VP8 because of the AliasMap table ...
