I just checked the CQ magazine Awards section and NOW they have the newest version of
their XLS file (with Southern Sudan in it) --- so, just heads-up .. I will work-up a NEW version 
of the standalone exe file and will make a new ZIP file and post it to my website - probably
tmrw ...  The award is calling Southern Sudan by prefix of  ST0  ... so, in your logbook mdb 
file -- WE WILL STILL have  ST0S as what we call it .. but, I will convert everything within
my exe file -- so that all ST0R QSOs with be recognized properly in the XLS file that you
will make for the award ...

More tmrw ... I want to PROOF-OUT my updated file before I post it!!
