[Dxbase] Problem SOLVED for the latest round of errors that Drew and Marco saw

If Drew and Marco will go into their   User Options  -- Internet TAB -- and in the
area of that window  called  Packet format  ..
 
CHANGE the   "  DX Spot Key"  info (that is in THAT textbox) to  READ:

vice whatever you have currently ...

In the case of Marco's Internet Tab -- he only had the letter

in that texbox for the  DX Spot Key ---- and   YEP -- for sure -- I CAN NOW also
reproduce the problem that at least HE was seeing ...   PSE make sure that the
info for that textbox is ONLY type-in as
