[Dxbase] Summary Window won't update

That's interesting...that window is running.  I decided to do what I always
do when things don't work right I restarted the computer and it began
working just fine. Go figure. 

15 M is in fine form this morning stuff coming in from all directions. Looks
like fall is making things better!
