[Dxbase] K3 radio.ini

Would the author of the K3 radio.ini file change it so that: If, no VFO 
B data is detected (QSX xx.xxx in the note field), VFO B will go to the 
same band segment and/or the same freq. as VFO A?  (I know that I can 
tap A->B.)
