[Dxbase] CQ Zones and your logbook mdb file

I have a set of three standalone exe files that I made in 2009 for checking the integrity
of a logbook mdb file's CQ and ITU ones (for 99% of the world) - and, also one
Standard Style REPORT that I made also ... these four programs help me,  to help
any DXbase2007 user who is into any of the ZONE awards - in that I can run my
4 programs against the logbook mdb file from the 2007 user and can see if
there are any mistakes (especially the REVERSED zones that happen on LOTW)
-- and then automatically correct those zone errors.

If any DXbase2007 user would like for me to run my 4 programs against their
mdb file -- you can ZIP-UP both your logbook mdb file and also ZIP-UP your
Refdata mdb file and email them to me directly .. I just finished helping Mike (KQ0B)
with his mdb files..

I will help anyone who needs it.
