[Dxbase] DXbase and IC-7800 frequency error

Quite often instead of logging the right IC-7800 frequency DXbase 2005  adds a couple of digits so a frequency of 14250.00 became
1425000.00 and the band 75g instead of 20m.
Usually I realize this only after somebody reject my QSOs  from eQSL or LOTW.

Reading previous treads  I  tried to change values PACING and EOC from radios.ini.
Made several combinations of PACING (5-10 –15) and EOC (75-100-125) but the results did not change.

Did anybody find the right values or the problem is not related to those parameters?
