[Dxbase] dxbase2adif utility

I have just sent Bill an email with the LINK to a ZIP file that he can now
download from my website -- 

I found the ADIF Export Utility on the DXbase2002 CDROM .. and have made
it available to Bill via my website ..

Just FYI - in case someone else is searching for the file ...
