So that you can GET all four files that NOW are included in the ZIP
file that you can download from my website -- I have updated that 
ZIP file so that I have included the two needed dll's ... and, I have
updated the INSTRUCTIONs on that webpage ... the webpage for
downloading DXBPSK2.30 is at:

This way - you do not have to worry about emailing me -- just download
