[Dxbase] DUH! DXbPsk ver 2.30 -- Joe wa6axe

Well, I learn something new everyday!!   For anyone who  HAS NOT 
been able to make the DXBPSK.exe file (version 2.30) work AT ALL --
I have just found that there are two dll's that ARE already on my XP
machine -- and I was oblivious to the NEED for them to have DXBPSK.exe
run properly and not error-out ...

If ANYONE wants to have their DXBPSK.exe program (ver 2.30 and previous
versions I have made) --- pse email me and I will send you the TWO dll
files zipped-up .... 

A lot of people are not interested in the DXBPSK program -- so, email me
directly and we will get you fixed-up!!
