GM All:

For the DXbase2007 users -- I have just posted Version 4.31 of my 
Refdata/Logbook MDB Analyzer & Updater program to my Ham Radio
website at:

This is the same program as before - except that I have now included a
CHECK/SAMPLING for the new Russian Prefixes/Callsigns, that we learned about
very recently.  There is an ADDITIONAL Colored Box in both the Alias Map area
and Call Map area of my program .. 

PSE be sure and read the instructions on the webpage that is LINKED
to via my Selection webpage ... things changed just a bit ...

FYI - I have given Neal the updated Refdata.mdb file - so that he will be including
it into Version 1.09 of DXbase2007..  So, The DXbase user can -- 

(1) Wait until Version 1.09 is available from Neal 

(2) Download and run my Checker/Updater program (DXbase2007 only).  
NOTE!! -- your BACKUPS of your Refdata and logbook mdb files will be
in your C:\JoesBackup  directory -- so that if you do not like what you see --
just revert to your Backups ...

(3) Make "manual updates" to your own Refdata mdb file - using the info
that has already been published on the DXbase Reflector .. You make the updates
and choices of what needs to be updated.  It is QUITE EXTENSIVE!!

If you run into any problems while running the checker/updater of mine - just send
