First, let me add my kudos for all the efforts Joe has made and continues to
make to keep DXBase a great logging and awards tracking program. Your
efforts are greatly appreciated Joe!
Unfortunately, I'm one of those still running DXB2006 so Joe's
Refdata/Logbook Analyzer and Updater program won't work for me. I know I
could upgrade to 2007, but haven't yet convinced myself to go through the
pain of that process. I keep hoping Neal's rewrite of DXB will materialize
soon so I only have to do the deed once! :)
In the meantime, I will try to update my Refdata with the new Russian prefix
allocations by hand. Does anyone have a date that these changes went into
effect? I think a date certain is needed to help with updating any recent
Russian QSO data if necessary and for awards tracking reports. Any date
info help would be appreciated.
73,
Gary AL9A
