[Dxbase] Refdata update for Russian Prefixes/Callsigns - Joe wa6axe

ALL:

This one is going to turn out to be one of those "tough-ones" .. Looking
at the extent of changes that need to be made - I am ONLY going to
program/update my ::

Refdata/Logbook Analyzer and Updater program 

So, that if it finds the need of the Russian Prefixes/callsigns to be changed
or added to either the CallMap or AliasMap tables -- my program will simply

USE my Refdata.mdb file -- but, the program WILL bring-over YOUR
own  Bandplan, Bandplan-alt, Events, Favfreq, and Grayline tables --
JUST like the current one works -- but of course, I will be adding a CHECK
for the Russian Prefixes/callsigns ...

If you - as the DXbase2007 user - has some special items in your CallMAP table
or Manager address/mapping tables -- then I would NOT recommend that
you RUN the updated program (when I have it ready) -- and, that you
make the adjustments to your Refdata manually.

The program which I will be making/updating  IS ONLY FOR DXbase2007 ...
Any DXbase2006 and earlier user will have to make any modifications manually
at their QTH ..

These changes RUN the gamit within the CallMap and AliasMap tables -- and there
are just way TOO MANY to program --- the simplest is that " I make the mods to
my own Refdata.mdb file " -- "and, you update your - using mine" ..

If I come up with another way - I will let you know -- but, for now, this is
how I will plan the mods to my 

Refdata/Logbook Analyzer and Updater program 


I will send Neal the newest Refdata.mdb file - once I have mine fixed-up -- so that
(if he wants) he can add it to the upcoming ver 1.09 of DXbase2007 ...
