[Dxbase] New Call reg file update

I took the leap after hearing from Dave, N8DC, and just ran the reg file.

 

Looks like it's working just fine with the new call. Had to change the user
parameters to the new call but all looks good.

 

Now to figure how to get my membership to the list changed to the new
address.
