[Dxbase] New Call reg file install?

Gang,

 

I've changed my call and Neal has sent me the new .reg file for the change
to DXBase. Because I'm running Win7 64 the help files in the program are
virtually unusable. Can someone send me the process for adding the new
call/reg file?
