[Dxbase] Missing Dropdown List

    was dxbase on your EXTRA monitor, by chance.   Drop down menus never 
work for me on my 2nd monitor. move the screen to the primary monitor

not sure why this happens, but it does it on a few pieces of software, not 
just dxbase

I have a new Win 7 62 bit computer with Dxbase 2007 installed in the root
directory of the C drive.  After the RTTY contest I found a couple of
contacts needed the mode change from CW to RTTY.  When I selected the mode
dropdown list, there were no choices.  I also checked the other dropdown
list and they were missing.  As far as I can tell, everything else is
working as expected.  Any suggestions?
