[Dxbase] Missing Dropdown List

I have a new Win 7 62 bit computer with Dxbase 2007 installed in the root
directory of the C drive.  After the RTTY contest I found a couple of
contacts needed the mode change from CW to RTTY.  When I selected the mode
dropdown list, there were no choices.  I also checked the other dropdown
list and they were missing.  As far as I can tell, everything else is
working as expected.  Any suggestions?
